I don't know what to do anymore, they have kept me waiting all week to fix my gas boiler and every day they just don't turn up. I cannot take it anymore, I am a council tenant and the council don't help. I need to get someone to advocate for me because I don't know what else to do. I feel like killing myself

I have had an amazing experience with the Aston group. Having had to move through bereavement circumstances the staff at Aston group have gone above and beyond to help us settle in to our new accommodation in Waltham Forest. They have really been second to none and honestly a big thumbs up to the whole group for all your hard work commitment and care with all you do. Can't praise you enough for everything you do and easy to contact easy to reach and always with a smile and at hand to help. That's all the staff at Aston.

Aston Group did a fantastic job of the extension work on my property. The quality of the build is outstanding and enthusiasm of the team to make everything perfect for our family was second to none. They undertook all areas of the extension work - the build itself, plumbing and electrics. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

One of the most ridiculous and irresponsible company. An appointment was made for repair reference WFH 204454 dt 11.10.21 but engineer didn't turn up. 2nd day again they promise for engineer visit but no response 3rd day again but nobody came , 4th day again they promised for engineer visit but as usual nobody came , day 5th they called me to confirm that engineer would definitely come taoday but as usual. Job is still pending
They don't have any complaints procedure. Shame on them
