Many Thanks to JAK Construction for our house build. Had a very challenging but overall satisfying experience with our project. They were very professional throughout, working with them made the whole process so much easier, very knowledgeable and attentive throughout. If your looking for a company who are accustomed to large projects then I would definitely recommend, my house build was not for the feint hearted, very complex, spoke with several construction companies and then Jak, and immediately knew they were the ones. I’ve already recommended and they seem to have a knack of undertaking high end projects. The only construction company I would use. Many Thanks

We came across them through a recommendation which I suppose is the best type of advert you can ask for, my work colleague recommended me and I can see why they are highly sought after after waiting for 6 months. Just had a very good chat with Cameron about an extension we were planning for our 3 bed property. Although it turned out we weren’t ready just yet to afford the extension we want, Cameron still spent the time to give me some sound advice rather than just moving onto the next potential customer. The team at Jak Construction were extremely professional and very understanding to our requirements, we were very impressed by the finish and keeping us up to date with the project throughout the build. Will definitely use again next year once we have saved up more money for phase 2 of our project. With it being a large project we were recommended to them by our architect and can see why they are very busy and in demand, if your going to go with a construction company for your project, choose this company, you won’t be disappointed !

The firm were very supportive throughout the process from evaluating the job to getting the work underway.

The contract of works was provided promptly and signed off, so the team eagerly got work underway.

I was hesitant to let go of the reigns at first but having been reassured after talking any concerns through with my contact there and eventually, having put my trust in them, they completed the property to a high standard and a lovely finish.

I would definitely have them do work for me in future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends & family.
