Excellent service from MP Architects and Tom Wiffen, as our dedicated architect, was so very helpful. He was instrumental in helping us to achieve the best design then promptly worked up our shared concept into a comprehensive set of plans. Handling our planning application and helping us with the structural calculations were just some of the many elements of the service we received. I would highly recommend MP Architects. We worked with Mark Waudby who is really pleasant to deal with, and a true professional. He was also extremely patient with us; he listened carefully to all our needs and responded with efficiency. He had loads of great suggestions for us, as well as being honest when ideas of our own were unrealistic. MP did everything for a very fair price - and another bonus is that builders are keen to get involved because of MP's excellent drawings, providing them with everything they need to provide an accurate quote. I found the people very helpful and overall the experience of liaising with them was very good. There were no undue delays in completing work and changes were dealt with promptly.
There was one issue where I thought that the potential impact of the presence of an existing drain on the design could have been recognised earlier.
I would unequivically recommend this company and I am so pleased that I used them for my bungalow extension.
