We recently had an extensive upgrade and refurbishment of our house carried out by Joe and his team at All Build.

I was very happy with every aspect of the project:

- Delivered on On Time and within Budget
- Team members were always polite, helpful and friendly.
- All the team members turned up punctually on the days we expected.
- The team were always willing to offer design choices to us as the work progressed.
- The house was always left tidy at the end of each work day.

This is the first time I have worked with Joe Cole and All Build Developments who I chose originally for their good reputation and approachability.

I was impressed from the off when even before the job was his Joe provided me with good advice . Anything that came up as a potential problem Joe not only had a sensible solution but which was always communicated to me promptly and with positivity. This helpful and positive approach by Joe and his team continued throughout all stages of the project and comes across as one of the companys values.

Any construction job has the potential to have problems but with a collaborative approach and working closely together Joe mitigated any problems with minimal impact. Nothing was too much trouble or detail too trivial. As a designer I have to put a lot of trust into any contractor I bring on board with my projects and think carefully about who I am using. I was proud with the way Joe engaged with my client and was very happy that we came across very much as a strong and capable team working together.

Frank, who is one of Joe's project manager was outstanding. Through his knowledge, helpfulness and hard work ethic (even arriving on site in atrocious weather, to enable to deliver what he had promised and more). The standard of his practical work is as excellent as his project management skills. He kept me updated on a daily basis along with supporting images of work undertaken that day. He is an asset to Joe’s Company.

There was always a push to keep on schedule to make sure deadlines were hit and there were no unnecessary delays.

I would not hesitate in working with Joe and his team again.

I have no regrets about choosing to use ABD Ltd for my home renovation project. Joe was very clear about what would need to be done and how he was going to go about the work with a straightforward contract (in plain English) and work schedule so I could keep track of work as the project progressed.
It felt a bit scary handing over the keys to the house and not being on or that close to the site so I needed to have complete trust in Joe and his team and associated trades. No one let me down. The work was managed day to day by Frank who always made me feel welcome on site visits and made sure I was safe whenever I visited. I would be taken through what had been completed and was being worked on - an absolute star!
I had weekly updates mainly in the form of photos from the site so I could see what they had done and they stayed on track pretty much with the work schedule. Working on an old house will always have a few unknowns until they are uncovered but nothing too serious! I found the photo updates extremely helpful, probably more helpful than a few typed words - every picture tells its own story.
Quality of workmanship was consistently high with respect for my home when pulling it all apart! Putting it back together again was interesting to follow and looking back at the photos shows how much was achieved in quite a short period of time.
I am very happy with the finished result and would recommend ABD to anyone who is looking at choosing a builder for their project. Hard working, trustworthy and tidy workers on site, and courteous to a fault whenever I visited to check on progress.
If I needed more work in the future I would definitely consider using ABD again and would recommend them without hesitation.
Paperwork was clear, invoicing and costs were clear, and staged payments throughout the project ensured both parties were happy with progress throughout.
