Dave and his team stripped out my sad old kitchen and fitted my first ever new kitchen. They delivered in the quoted time frame and to a very high standard of finish. The whole team worked cohesively to provide my dream kitchen and a fabulous new cloak cupboard. Nothing was too much trouble, they listened to what I wanted to achieve and over came every hurdle to make it happen. I couldn't be happier with the results and have no reservation in whole heartedly recommending Dave and all the team at Modify Construction. I will be using them for additional projects and have already used them to block up a doorway, fit another internal cupboard and add some cladding externally. Fantastic job, thanks guys!

On behalf of a Commercial internal new build which involved building walls for shower cubicles, changing rooms, a store room and an office, Jay and his hardworking and skilled team of professional tradesmen provided an outstanding commitment to getting the task completed within a deadline and to the highest quality within the brief.

The team was tidy too, which is always a bonus with any debris removed from premises as part of the continual job.

I am personally pleased that Jay was recommended to the business owners as I recommend Jay and his team at Modify Construction due to their attitude, professionalism, an understanding of the brief, their helpfulness outside of the task and the availability to be contactable when required. I wish them success with their future ventures, which I am sure will be one or more of mine and the owners!

We came across Modify Construction largely by accident, but having done so wouldn't hesitate to use and recommend Modify for all our building services in future!
Jay, Dave and their Team fitted our Wren Kitchen and Utility Room and the results were absolutely fantastic.
Always good, friendly, polite and fun guys to have around, their sense of humour only bettered by their attention to detail; often making artistic suggestions of what might look good during the fit that my wife and I wouldn't have thought of.
Nothing was too much trouble, even returning a few days later to ensure everything was OK and even then, fastidiously looking to make improvements.
Having a Kitchen fitted can be stressful and a lot of upheavel but Modify took the stress away and you won't find better fitters anywhere (trust us, we've tried!)

I cant speak highly enough about the Modify Construction team.
They were excellent throughout from design to completion. Made sure I was happy with every stage and offered valuable suggestions and advice.
All members of the team took great care in their work and left the job clean and tidy every evening.
They have completely transformed my house from a derelict mess to a lovely home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jay, Dave and the team.

So pleased with our kitchen. I would recommend Modify Construction for any work you may be thinking of getting done. Our downstairs has had a total make over and we couldn’t be more happier with it.

Driver of the van drove past me in Witham horning while throwing “wanker” hand gestures due to a minor driving miscommunication in lanes. A bit excessive if you ask me and extremely unprofessional.
