Not an actual company, they tried to contact me saying "We've had you on our radar for a long while!" And when I responded back, they asked to see my resume, and linkedin profile to make sure I was a "Good fit for the job".. that they told me.. they wanted me for? Made 0 sense.

The majority of the recruiters are also not on linkedin and actually have no idea who you are. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs, the way they interact is extremely fishy and the recruiters that I did find were actually all based in India and not New york like they mention in their email.

Avoid at all costs, they also use tracking pixels as I had a recruiter harass me multiple times as I never responded back to him. Fraud Company.

This is a Scam - Fake recruiting company off LinkedIn. They use real companies and then ask for your date of birth and social security number. The “recruiters” go so far to make fake LinkedIn profiles and fake company website.

They let me know that they would forward my resume to Deloitte. Thankfully I caught on and didn’t send any info

You might want to send out a warning about fraudulent accounts on linkedin. I just got one and was suspicious immediately considering they got my job title wrong and the city in which I live was spelled incorrectly.

Jaycie Moller at soho square solutions in new york reached out to me about a role at an enterprising young startup in early 2022. On our first call together she was great - she asked great questions, got to know me and what I was looking for, and was just generally easy to talk to and warm. Where a lot of these initial recruiter screens go south is when you feel like the person is sifting through the "Rolodex of candidates" to find skill-set matches only, with a lot of alignment to the hiring company and very little care for the candidates. Jaycie's approach was to understand first and foremost what I was all about - and then to act as a facilitator between myself and the company. In this case, she knocked it out of the park. When I eventually met the team a the company in question, the culture fit was an absolute match.
Ultimately, mostly due to timing, I ended up taking another position at a different org before fully finishing my cycle with the company Jaycie was assisting. However, I hope this shows that even though Jaycie and I weren't able to make this specific scenario pan out, I still think extremely highly of her work ethic and process. I had 150+ conversations with dozens of agencies and companies during my most recent search, and Jaycie is by far the standout experience and the person I'd think of first if I ever open up a search in the future.

Applied for PM role in Jan and took all personal info. & no follow up and when I call they say It’s in process if you call after a month they will say it is in process, they just take resumes and save it in their Database. No good hold on clients and very pathetic recruiting team, poor management- Be prepared to be hassled if you work for these guys. You will not receive fairness. STAY AWAY..!!!!!

VERY nice, but very expensive too. Be prepared to spend a lot of money and walk a lot. It's mostly outdoor shopping so make sure the weather is good when you go, otherwise it might turn into a bit of a miserable experience. Generally the service was good though, they know those shopping are there to spend money.
