It was a pleasure dealing with Ben and his team who worked well on the project. There was just one thing, Ben ever eager to help might over promise on the delivery schedule on occasions. I would not hesitate to recommend CGA Design and Build.

We recently did a garage conversion and extension into the garden to make an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Ben and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They went through our plans and explained all the various options and requirements. We needed planning permission which they handled and had no issues in it being granted.

A big shout out to Kristiyan who handled all my queries promptly and was always willing to help.

We used Ben’s services to get planning permission and convert our garden cabin to permanent living accommodation. We were pleased with the architect services and were delighted that Ben’s company could also do the building work overseen by his partner, Mitch. Polite, professional and first class job. Ben and his team have been fantastic to work with particularly with the more complex fiddly bits like Planning Applications and Building Regs, we could leave all that to them to sort. We changed our minds a few times on design layout and Ben was extremely patient and most helpful with some better ideas. The CGA team run a slick operation from start to finish. It's most difficult these days to find decent people to deliver what they say they do - would highly recommend their services to anyone and would certainly use CGA again on another project.
