Background - Like most people we went into our planning with no knowledge of what's required or how anything works!

Gary listens and understood exactly what we were after. He then produced drawings and outline plans for approval.
Regardless of how many questions we had or the slow speed we worked at he has been a constant rock through the process.

Contacted Gary to enquire about a garage conversion. He was prompt to reply and set up an initial meeting. We discussed our requirements and he came up with a couple of ideas for floor plans. After we gave our thoughts he came up with another couple of plans and we made a final choice. Good communication via emails to answer our questions and provide his advice on queries. The application was then submitted to the council. Was happy with the service and would recommend GMW.
