Aksess were engaged for advice and specifications for an extension. They provided calculations, specifications and plans that met building regulations approval. The build encountered a number of unexpected issues and on a number of occasions plans had to be revised. Aksess quickly responded, providing revisions to plans and specs as required. They continue to remain supportive as the build progresses. Throughout Aksess have listened to requirements and provided solutions to meet them. I am very happy with their involvement in this project.

Excellent service. AKSESS designed our house renovation project, including rear and front house extensions, extended bathroom and a new loft. Our engineer was very efficient, helping us to plan our ideal home, going with us through all technical aspects, preparing all the drawings and calculations and assisting with all formalities of building regulations and control. Also very knowledgeable to provide consultation and advice to the builders on the site. Excellent communication. Highly and thoroughly recommend

I would highly recommend Aziz, l required a structural engineer due to having a balcony built. Aziz was very professional and efficient.
I had to communicate with Aziz on a number of occasions, he was very helpful and resolved all the issues.
I used the local Council for Building Control, they have approved all the structural work, so l now have a beautiful balcony, which l can enjoy!

Excellent service and highly recommend. Came out the next day after my contractor had taking down too much of a return wall. Assessed the situation, provided remedial advice which rectified the matter with building control. Aziz was very quick to answer queries which helped to resolve the issue in a matter of days.

"I used Aksess for our Building Project converting a bungalow into two three bedroomed houses.
From the very first telephone conversation I dealt with Aziz who was polite, businesslike and very efficient.
He visited the building site within two days and always answered phone calls and emails immediately.
