We used Mr Razzaq for planning application on a outbuilding in our house. He and his team were excellent in supporting us through the process and answering questions from the council. He has great vision and knows what is possible within the rules so steers you towards best options that helped is pass through planning first time. I found him through council planning website where I looked at successfull applications for our type of building.
