Reena was very helpful, she made a couple of visits to measure up initially and to discuss with us what we wanted, she also gave suggestions we had not considered , which is the experience you are looking for when hiring an architect. She gave us two sets of plans which reflected 2 different budgets we had asked about for us to decide which option we wanted to go with. We had a much more personalised professional response to our needs and requirements using RH architects and direct contact with Reena for any queries and questions. My sister had used a larger Architect company in the past for her renovation which she had found them unhelpful. That was not the experience with RH architects and we would recommend Reena to anyone and go to her again as needed.

As someone who has never planned any sort of house extension before I was very unsure of the whole process however RH Architects came highly recommended and she didn't fail to disappoint. Not only was she quick to come up with perfect design based on my very vague ideas, she was able to provide guidance and recommendations for other elements I wasn't even aware of such as building regulations and structural designs! Whilst the work hasn't yet begun I am excited to see the designs created come to life!
