What a service. 1st impressions count for sure.

- Professionally dressed
- Polite/Considerate
- Answered all of my concerns very well and in a language I understood.
- I asked one question he didn’t have the answer to straight away, he got back to me within an hour of leaving the property.
- Full and highly detailed report, and he is returning to help out with another few concerns as the site management team of the property developers have confused me with their persistence and jargon.
