Avoid if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

My experience with Taylor Wimpey has been nothing short of exhausting. From day one, communication has been poor, timelines have been pushed without explanation, and issues have been met with silence or empty promises.

What should’ve been an exciting journey quickly turned into a drawn-out nightmare filled with stress, unanswered emails, and a complete lack of accountability. Even after moving in, I faced unresolved problems that were either ignored or handled with shocking inefficiency.

For a company of this size, the lack of care and responsibility shown is unacceptable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you're considering buying with Taylor Wimpey — take this as a warning and look elsewhere.

Caution is strongly advised for potential buyers considering a property with Taylor Wimpey. While their service during the sale was satisfactory, we've encountered notable post-sale issues. These include a persistent draft from the main door, causing discomfort throughout winter (resolved after 1 year), prolonged delays in window replacements (over 1 year and ongoing), and neglected garden drainage problems that Taylor Wimpey has declined to address. Taylor Wimpey is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy company I have ever dealt with. The quality is poor.
Absolutely terrible and disrespectful after-sale customer service. Development is loud, dirty, muddy, dusty and they don't care at all. Think twice.

After nearly 4 years of waiting for French and front door to be replaced we gave up today ,
Now we are contacting nhbc and legals .
Good luck to any of you trying to get these peoples do anything during your warranty period

Out of range from schools shops and neccities if you don't have a car, if you have a car and it's past 5pm then good luck heading towards Morrisons roundabout were its almost impossible to get into Worle or if you're heading towards town.
Other issues are many roads don't come up on Google maps although I have been adding lots of them personally to help others but it would be helpful if builders and the council could make this a priority for parcels & other deliveries such as fast food drivers.
