Jason & Ollie put in new radiators in our bungalow. Really nice guys very professional. There was a slight problem when they finished but came straight back to fix it. They also made our internal doors to size and Mark hung them for us. Looking really good. At the end of last year they installed our new kitchen, which included, Andy sorting out the electrics, Max doing the plumbing and Chris plastering fitting the units and electric goods. They all did a great job. We are now asking them to install a new bathroom and very confident that we will receive a good service.

Absolutely brilliant. Really friendly and very polite guys. I have had a plumber and electrician in who worked very hard as soon as they arrived, the work they did was 100% perfect. They made sure that they went behind themselves to clean up afterwards.
After their work was complete, a lovely man called Chris came to my bungalow to widen the doors for my wheelchair.
He is amazing he hoovers as he is taking down each part of the frame and wall to allow less dust, he is always on time, so friendly and polite.
I can honestly say that I have enjoyed Chris doing the work at my home.
John West obviously employ only the best tradesmen.
I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot praise this company enough. They carried out a refit of my father's wet room. A job originally carried out by a bunch of cowboys. The workmen (Jason and Max ) were incredible. They both went way above and beyond to help my father not only did they carry out the work with extreme professionalism but they took time out to make sure my father was cared for (my father being 95 and disabled ) They would make him drinks and ensure he was OK. On top of that the new wet room has been completely transformed. Many thanks also must go to Bill for his care and overseeing the work again ensuring everything was done to my father's satisfaction. I cannot recommend this company enough. Keep up the good work. It is a shame there are not more companies like you out there

We cannot praise John West Contractors enough and certainly recommended. We had our immersion heater replaced, after it started to leak, which Jason replaced. Very professional yet friendly. then we had our boiler replaced in July, again Jason came along with Joe and Dan the Electrician. All worked well together, with very little disturbance.
Would highly recommend John West Contractors. Well done to all involved.

Just want to take time to thank Bill for his help in the first instance and throughout, and Paul for doing the work. Paul was totally professional yet friendly and it was a pleasure to have him working in my home. I can't recommend this company enough - just wish there were 10 stars.

If you see a John West van on the road. Stay far away! They will try to run you off the road. I witnessed one of their vans, reg plate BJ17 EZP on 23/03/23 driving like a nutter. This was about 5pm going Southbound on M5. Pouring down with rain on the motorway and this guy was tail gating everyone, trying to push people out of their lanes. Really shows what kind of company they are if they hire crazy people like this!
