We have a commercial premises, and had been recommended Ryan and Apache to come and do the work. Ryan came out to meet us and we were happy with what needed to be done and the costs advised.
Barry the builder assigned to the job was on site everyday was great.
he talked through any concerns with us and sorted any issues that cropped up. Provided us with his knowledge on questions we had and Ryan was also always on hand to call if we had any questions.
Every day there was great visible progress and we were never let down in the whole 5 weeks they were there. We were on a deadline and they managed to stick to that deadline too. They were great.

We engaged Apache Construction to help us with a significant renovation and extension to a detached house in Weston super Mare. The experience was very positive. Ryan was fantastic at communicating the whole way through and we were never left worried at any stage that things were going wrong.

The whole team were very professional and respectful, and Apache worked well with all the other teams involved (architect, kitchen builder, decorator etc.). There were no bad surprises financially. The work quoted got done at the stated price and additional work was accommodated in a reasonable and hassle-free manner.

We ended up with a house that we really love and know that we made the right decision to trust Apache with the work. We would have no concerns about recommending Ryan, Apache and the team and in the event that we had to do the work again we would absolutely make the same decision.

We recently had a lounge/diner wall knocked through, a new laminate floor and balustrade fitted.
The team were exemplary, having to adapt to decision changes made by ourselves and keeping us informed as work progressed. The workmanship was excellent, the crew were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thoroughly recommend the company.

I had a very good experience with Apache earlier this year when they converted my garage along with the instalation of a new shower room and relocation of my boiler and water tank. Martin and Liam were friendly polite and tidy and kept me informed at every stage and listened to what I wanted and were keen to do a good job that I was happy with. Martin also made some good suggestions and ideas of his own. A quality job thanks.

Ryan was the perfect project manager. He listened to what we wanted and suggested alternatives. Jimmy, Barry, Ellen, Tommy and Liam were brilliant. The last 3 are apprentices and were good at their jobs. Jimmy was with us for nearly the whole 6 weeks and is a credit to Apache. I was a real pain at times but he listened to me and sorted out any problems. I would recommend Howdens and Apache to anyone looking to get their kitchen renovated. Thanks guys and gals

UPDATE!
They have told other customers they paid us £3500 for damages!! This a huge lie, they haven’t paid us anything!!! You can’t trust them at all!!

Worst building firm I’ve ever met!

They will not accept responsibility for anything that hasn’t been done to the right standards, they deny, and blame shift continually to the sub contractors used. Which is poor.

Our whole kitchen and porch will end up needing to be replaced due to unresolved issues they are responsible for, and the knock on effect on the rest of the kitchen.

It’s been an awful experience having any involvement with this company.

We spent nearly £100k on this renovation and they charged over £72k for their part, which is extortionate since they didn’t even build anything, it was all alterations to the inside of the house and a small porch. We bought everything extra, floors, countertop, utilities and all electrical items, all fixtures and fittings, lighting and even the radiators! They didn’t even do all the jobs we agreed, and when asked to fix things or put right the damage they did, Their messages and emails turn rude and intimidating, they were also very disrespectful towards women on one occasion, resulting in a huge complaint being made at that point, there was no formal apology for that incident from the staff in question either, just a mealy mouthed bunch of excuses from a director ultimately blaming the college and attempting to absolve his ‘Lads’ of any responsibility for their behaviours.

No formal finish dates give, no inspections until we contacted surveyors ourselves and we were told in writing by the director we didn’t need completion certs. High cost for a budget finish.

I would recommend everyone completely avoid APACHE DEVELOPMENTS. They have left me with numerous defects in my property which they refused to rectify. The build quality and fixtures and fittings are extremely low quality, and the customer service I have received when asking for the problems to be fixed has been shocking. There are holes left in the floor, walls left poorly plastered and undecorated and unlevel flooring, among other issues! Avoid at all costs! After nearly 2 years of living here Ryan from APACHE CONSTRUCTION agreed to sort a few of the issues out in the property. I am still unhappy with the length of time it has taken to rectify any issues, and there is still outstanding work on the property which I will do myself.
