Had two packs delivered. Dealt with the owner - Connor. MOST of the bricks had damaged faces rendering them useless.

I was advised they might have a slight shade difference. We now have to replace them elsewhere and pay to dispose. I have tried in vain all day trying to resolve this but our calls are actually rejected

Great company, staff were very helpful & the price for the top soil was extremely competitive. Delivery was free & although an awkward location, the driver sorted it with no issues at all. Will definitely use them again

Just wanted a few bags of sand and cement, apparently the Diesel would cost too much and was not worth it.
I was completely ignored on entering the shop.
All in all would avoid.
Must try harder. Very very poor customer service.

The most helpful and knowledgeable builders merchant we’ve used! Nothing is too much to ask for and even if you’re after something not normally stocked, they will get it for you, which has allowed us to build an entire house with materials sourced from Amies! Would recommend to everyone!

Good service from the team with a recent purchase of stone paving and other general related bulky materials. Delivered when promised and at competitive prices. I am certainly happy to recommend them over any other supplier in Kidderminster, having used other merchants, these guys are much better and seem to understand that treating customers with courtesy is important and key fundamental of securing repeat business, thanks guys.
