Worst disabled shop & service I have ever received full of false promises they never deliver absolutely useless

What can I say.booked a wheelchair hire with this company for this week 16- 19.paid for the hire of the wheelchair.last Wednesday the 11th September,mom ,who the hire was booked in,was rushed to hospital.mom was dying ,and so had to get all family members to the hospital.mom passed away that same day ,and U can imagine the emotions and the grief to deal with.i contacted apex mobility (who also hire wheelchairs)by mistake assuming the hire was with them.they have been brilliant ,even though i got the wrong company.burnham mobility have been awful.no compassion,point blank refuses to refund . heartless company.avoid at all costs Burnham mobility , Burnham on sea. We're U really desperate for 15 pounds to keep business going I hope people read this and avoid your company and U go bust.

Popped in on the off-chance they could help me, as my mobility scooter had broken down, itook the battery and charger in luckily Lawrence the engineer was in the shop hewas so helpful and talked me through the process everything fixed, highly recommended as a small family business 100% recommend to anyone in the Burnham area to use this business for all their mobility needs 😀

Phoned to ask advice about my scooter while taking a few days break. Lovely chap came out and took off the battery pack and checked the batteries and charging capabilities back at his base and returned it to me in around 15 to 20 minutes. First class and very unexpected service. Only charged me £10 for full battery health check!! Would highly recommend. You wouldn’t get service like I was provided with back in Birmingham that’s for sure! Burnham Mobility were honest and told me my batteries and charging were all fine. They could easily have charged me for new batteries and I wouldn’t have been none the wiser. Believe you me I can guarantee that would have happened if I had been at home. Honest genuine people who should be proud of service like that! Well done Burnham Mobility you are fantastic!!

This shop has been of high benefit with high quality products. The staff are fantastic and are so informative with various understandings about certain groupings of products. The only problem I had was the opening times as it was not clear on what days they are open, closure for lunch and also days where they were not open at all.

I thought my batteries had gone in my scooter but engineer told me they were perfect. Could have charged me nearly £100 for replacing them but he was honest and found the real problem. A fuse that had blown. He wasn't happy until I took it round the block with him and I was satisfied all was fine..and it was..will definitely use again as so honest, helpful, friendly family run business.

Great place to order and pick up your mobility needs. I had a wheel chair for hire for 6 days only £30 so I was well happy, and the staff were friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from Lawrence at Burnham mobility, my wife’s scooter had a flat tyre. With the help from Automania we managed to open the tightly shut spilt rim wheel to replace the inner tube. My wife would have been stuck without the scooter whilst on our holiday. I would recommend anyone to Burnham Mobility without hesitation.
