We chose Emerson Survey and Valuation based on their reviews, as we hadn't used a surveyor in Scarborough before. We found them to be very professional and gave us an extremely informative review. 66 pages long, lots of photos, with comments and advice. A simple traffic light system to rate the findings. It is the second time we have used this company, the first Survey Chris caried out for us showed up some costly problems that we had not been aware of, and in doing that Chris saved us a lot of expense.
