NOT YOUR AVERAGE BUILDERS!!

Elliott construction undertook a major project for us and we are delighted with the results. they are a very professional team.

Pre-work
We looked at 5 different building companies and Elliotts were the only ones who came with a fully costed project plan and timeline from the first meeting. Before the building work started we purchased a caravan to live in onsite whilst the work was ongoing, the team helped us get this set up and installed a dedicated water and power supply to the van.

During the build
As with any project, things change as you progress, we made a few design changes along the way and again, the team at Elliotts worked with us and advised on how best to achieve the desired outcomes.

One of the dreaded things with any project is that the builders wont turn up, in all honesty we lost around 2 days and this was only due to bad weather and on one occasion completely unforeseen circumstances which we were accepting of....but if anything we gained more days as some of the team worked over bank holidays (after checking we were ok with that).

The site was left in great order every night which helped reduce the stress of the project too.

The finished build is amazing and a family home that we absolutely love.

I had the need for a 3m wide hole in the kitchen wall to open it up for windows and doors. The work conducted by Richard, Brendan and the team was exemplary. Everything from early comms, updates throughout the prep and build, tidiness during the work and the end result were fabulous. I really couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend and commission for any more work required.
