We contacted Laurence after our stone wall collapsed on the boundary of our house. He responded really quickly with a fair and competitive quote and also with his availability.
Laurence and his team worked efficiently and kept the working area tidy and safe when not on site.
We are extremely happy with the outcome, particularly the stone wall feature that Laurence created from the only bit of the wall that didn’t collapse.
I would highly recommend LM Quin Construction LTD Thame.

I called up Laurence to ask about repairing my sunken and cracked garage floor and the answer was - of course - yes. I had to wait a little while to get the job booked in but that really only just gave me enough time to empty the garage, and the work was done quickly, tidily and to a very high standard. The new floor has transformed the usefulness of the garage and the whole process has been a great investment for me. As you can see from the before, during and after photos below - the work is excellent. I will happily recommend and use Laurence and team again.

Fabulous quick work and great communication. We needed a few areas of ceiling skimmed to get rid of the retro texture and they did a great job. Protected all our furniture and floors very well and all round lovely people to work with. We have other jobs we need doing coming up and will definitely be using LM Quin Construction

Kitchen and Utility room work - removal of wall to dining room and flooring throughout

Laurence, Nathan and team renovated our kitchen, utility room and removed a wall installing steels. They also installed herring bone flooring across the front room, kitchen and utility room, with associated plumbing and electrics. Work was done to a very good standard and on time; the team were pleasant, helpful and responsive if the plan needed changing at all. Really pleased with the finally product and we'd use the team again for any work we need doing.
