We visited Elmbrook Park on the launch day and was thoroughly impressed with the proposed site and homes on offer. Emma and Jessica were both very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make us feel really welcome. Story Homes have high quality standards on the homes that they build and you can really sense that when looking at what's being proposed and all the options on offer. We are really looking forward to seeing Elmbrook Park develop as I am sure it will look fantastic and it will be a great addition to the area.

I recently visited Elmbrook Park, and I was truly impressed by the ambiance of the area. The beautifully landscaped entrance with feature walls creates a welcoming and high-quality first impression.

Although there are no show homes on-site yet, the specification and thoughtfully designed layouts of the homes are impressive. It's clear that a lot of attention has been given to quality and detail, ensuring this will be a standout development.

I have no doubt that Elmbrook Park is set to become a beautiful and highly sought-after community, and I look forward to seeing it take shape!

I’m not sure who came up with the pricing strategy for this site, but £275,000 for a semi that’s less than 1000 sq ft and £419,995 for a house that was £354,000 last month, a couple of miles down the road, in Feniscowles is absolutely absurd. These prices most certainly do not reflect the house prices in Coppull and almost certainly smell of greed, in addition I would imagine they price out the majority of working people in the local area. We couldn’t afford it with a household income of £70,000 and I’m most certainly glad we didn’t wait for this development as originally planned and bought with Redrow back in December. As a local lad I certainly know the houses are way over priced for the area, I could understand if these were the prices at the end of the development, but when these are for the start of the development when prices are only going to go up it’s ludicrous.
