Ed,Ian and the team completed a single rear kitchen/open plan extension and double side extension on our property May 2023, they were very accommodating and professional all the way through the project and really helped advise us all the way through as it’s very daunting starting a major project like this on your home but Ian and Ed made the process as Easy as possible giving us recommendations all the way through to benefit us and the final outcome of the build.

I highly recommend EB construction, they have transformed our home and the way we live as a family.

There were several hurdles along the way, underground external leaks and a completely rotten floor throughout downstairs to name a few. The team handled them all efficiently are were honest about any possible additional costs. Ed and Ian managed my indecisiveness and advised me on best and most cost effective options and use of space throughout the work.

Their commitment to the job was amazing, Ed tended to the concrete poured floor throughout the evening to ensure it was smooth. Everything from the new downstairs toilet, kitchen, plastering, new window, electrics, plumbing and outdoor repairs have been finished to the highest spec.

Everyone involved in the work were respectful of our home and a joy to be around.

We absolutely love our new family home (it’s not new but it feels it). Thank you so much Ed, Ian and team.

Great result!. Good finish. Reasonable and prompt. Ian, Ed and the lads worked well around other trades in what was a sometimes fiddly fit-out of the three new industrial units. Communication was good and we worked through any tricky bits together. I was very appreciative of the support and experience. A good choice for our company.

Built rear extension knocking through to large kitchen diner, added a dormer to master bedroom and created a corridor and internal access to garage. Fitted new internal doors. Plus other works.

We had quite ambitious ideas for a downstairs extension/garage job. Ed and his team did fantastic work. They were punctual and friendly, offering great advice along the way, we had a large kitchen in mind and Ed suggested two domes to allow more light in, were so glad we took his advice as it would have been so dark had we not! There has been 0 problems with any of the work we have had done and were very impressed. All the work was top level and I couldn't recommend highly enough.
