I recently used Gas Care for a boiler service, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The booking process was easy, and the technician arrived on time. They were friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain everything to me. The service was efficient, and they even gave me helpful advice on how to maintain my system. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers, and Gas Care certainly does. Highly recommended!

Honestly couldn’t recommend Gas Care enough. Really friendly advisor on the phone, service was quick (engineer came out to us same day), call out charge wasn’t ridiculous.

The engineer was super friendly as well. He explained everything as he was doing it. Gave us some really solid advice and talked us through all our options.

We are have had our flueless gas fire repaired today by Thomas. What a great job he did he didn't even use the new part that we thought we needed. He was friendly and polite and just got on with his job. I would also like to thank Louise from the office who was also very polite and helpful throughout the whole problem.

Easy to book uk call centre.. confirmation the day before the engineer attended. Engineer call the morning of the visit. To arrange time.
Polite service, no mess, no fuss, job done on time and budget. Must say the engineer who attended my property was really helpful. I was not well. He showed care and compassion give me advice on balancing the system we will make a follow up appointment. Will use Gas care again

My experience with gas care was excellent. After an odd experience booking the work by phone, dealing with a robot perhaps, the fitter (Steve) arrived on time, was polite and efficient. Great value for money. I would recommend and will be using them to service my boilers.

My daughter is ill and has required several hospital and doctor's appointments, I have had to REARRANGE appointments a few times (circumstances out of my hands like hospital appointments for my CHILD, and when our cat DIED. Perhaps I should ignore my childs health and leave my cats corpse in the house for them) and now I'm told because they've been CANCELLED? (not rearranged) there will be a charge.
I also require a reminder of the appointment due to poor mental health and a mental disability (both affects my memory)- something they said they won't provide and all they have on the system is a note to call 30mins before- then tried to tell me the engineer did call 30mins before the latest appointment (today)...I was the one on the phone to him and he said he was 15mins away (I am 30mins away from home at most times throughout the day, hence the 30min notice in case I forget the appointment)..... Logic of this calibre is evading me and LIES are rolling off tongues at gas care.
Seems they are only good when YOU DON'T have a personal situation, if you do god forbid YOUR situation affects THEM!
