Chris the engineer was friendly, polite and able to answer all our questions. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what we were seeing on the CCTV survey of our drains. Our old clay pipes were out of alignment and leaking into the ground causing smells and signs of movement in our house.
Once we received our quote we went ahead and our drains were relined the very next day in just a few hours.
Very happy with this service and would hapily recommend this service to others.

They where absolutely lovely, did a great job which we really appreciate. We had a blockage issue for weeks and they where able to fix it quite quickly. Now everything is back to normal thanks to them, really good sport and very hardworking.

Drainline are one of those rare companies that do exactly as they say. From the initial phone call to their office, to the first contact within 15 minutes from their technician to arrange the visit, to the phone call confirming they were on their way and the arrival on time, faultless. During the call with Rob, he quoted the cost of relining the drain if it proved to be suitable for relining.
Rob and Chris got straight to work with the camera and it was not a pretty sight. As an ex builder, I could see for myself that the drain was in a very poor state and the strong possibility of excavation of the kitchen floor was discussed.
They decided to try jetting it first to see if they could clear the gravel and fragments of pipe and after more camera work, they managed to clear it to the point of committing to relining it which was what I was hoping for.
They successfully relined the length of pipe and we had water flow once again.
I cannot praise them highly enough for their attitude to us and the work in hand. The cost was exactly as discussed with Rob on the phone and I was very pleased at the final bill. If you are in their area and need their services, I can, hand on heart, highly recommend them.

I would not trust these people at all. Rob did a CCTV survey and they lied. I was given a quote for 3-4K for a suspected collapsed drain. I got a second opinion and there was not a problem at all. I rang Lauren his secretary and heard nothing back. I would never recommend this team for anything. A disgrace to take advantage of someone like this. Please think before using them.
