All the guys at Jacey are fantastic at their job. We had a challenging patio pond to say the least but Jacey created a beautiful new garden for us. Incredible attention to detail, master craftmanship and friendly service. They did more than they said they would and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys highly. All we want to do now is find an excuse to be outside but the weather has been unkind! Thanks to Chris and Charles in particular for super workmanship and creativity.

We recently used Jacey for renovating a portion of our garden. They did an excellent job, we are very pleased with the result and the service and would be happy to use them again. The task was a bit of a rubbish one for them but they took the job on and their price and time estimate was easily the best. Thanks very much Charles and co.

Great service fitting my fence and it looks amazing BUT one part broke within 4 months and after trying for 16 months to get it fixed and getting no where I am really disappointed. I have emailed several time and called. I can't fault the work and the panel broke due to the hot weather so it wasn't their fault but it shouldn't break that quickly and as I do not have the receipts for the wood as I did not install it I cannot contact the manufacturer and after asking several times who to contact ie who supplied them I am getting nowhere. I assumed that Jacy would be able to help as it was within the year of installing. So I still have broken slats and now its way over a year. But again the workmanship installing was brilliant. Just wish the aftercare was better if something breaks. I don't have the time to continually email and get no reply.
