We have completed one property and are now working on the second using beams supplied by Floorspan. During the first build we made some design changes which affected the beam layout and Jill Artis was a great support throughout reviewing the changes, amending the design and providing the technical advice and direction to help us move forwards. Communication has been truly outstanding throughout.

For the second build we have made further changes and again Jill has been a big help in coordinating the beams already produced and identifying additional items required so we can move forwards without delaying the build.

Super happy with the service. Looking forward to future projects!

Top Service! From beginning to end Floorspan were fantastic.

From the initial contact with the sales staff who were very helpful, giving call backs to check we were happy. They kept up informed on dates of delivery too. The drawings were done swiftly and any minor adjustments ironed out straight away.

We had supply only on the GF beams but install on the top floor. They surveyed the site pre install, taking a lot of time to ensure it was all correct and I've never seen lads work like they did on that floor, my builder was in awe! Very professional and efficient.

An extremely small job for what FloorspanContracts normally complete, but an extremely friendly service and they were flexible with the installation date as well. Would happily recommend to anyone who wants a beam and block floor. It was only 16m/sq but they they managed it like it was 160m/sq!

Did a weeks work for this company and had a relationship break down and had to leave I contacted the manager and explained my decision that I had to move back to my home town because I was homeless they refused to pay me for a weeks work may seem little but I had kids to feed and a family to support currently dealing with acas and will keep chasing them for this just for the fact legally they should at least pay minimum wage for time worked . Very unprofessional HR

what a great service I got from start to finish, initial quote was done from plans, then modified as extention was ready for beams, no quibbles just plans changed and any questions asked answered fully and promptly, via email or phone. delivery was prompt and on time. Driver was fantastic, clear with instructions, positioned beams , where we wanted them and checked before leaving that we were completely happy. Best service I have had in years
