Working with Igor and his team at Combit was a truly commendable experience. The professionalism and courtesy of his workers were evident from day one, and they consistently ensured the workspace remained clean and organised.
Throughout the project Igor had an eye for detail, was hands on and was always contactable whenever we needed to speak with him.
We gutted the inside of our home which would usually take up to a year but Igor's team managed to achieve our renovation in around 6 months whilst maintaining a high quality product.
Additionally Igor will stand by his work with after care support for any issues that may arise upon completion which gave us peace of mind.

Our 1950s detached five-bedroom house underwent a complete renovation, both inside and out. The project included a loft conversion, new balconies, and a spacious 100m² extension added to the rear of the house. Additionally, built-in wardrobes were installed in all our bedrooms and the library, and custom desks were beautifully designed around our bay windows for our children—it looks absolutely stunning!

Igor and his team did a fantastic job, as you can see from the photos. He is an incredibly knowledgeable project manager who meticulously broke down every detail of the work required and its associated costs. This level of transparency was important to me, as it demonstrated his expertise and gave me confidence in the accuracy of his quotes. Furthermore, he provided numerous impressive testimonials, along with pictures and videos of previous projects, which reassured me that he was the right choice.

This experience was completely different from the other three companies we received quotes from. Their estimates lacked detail, and they made assumptions about our needs without asking the necessary questions.

Amazingly, the entire project was completed within the planned eight-month timeframe and stayed within budget! I highly recommend Combit Construction for any major house renovation projects.

Igor & his team did a fantastic job renovating my mother's property.
I cannot thank them enough, we were so impressed from start to finish. Igor & his team are very trustworthy, hard working, friendly and kept the place clean after they finished work. Igor provided solutions during the works which was very helpful.
The whole property was renovated, which included all new fixtures and fittings. The old bathroom & separate WC was reconfigured into one large shower room. The electric meter and gas meter was relocated outside, new central heating, boiler installation, plumbing, all the floors were insulated. Also new windows, all external walls rendered. I would highly recommend Combit Construction and certainly use them in the future.

We recently hired COMBIT Construction, led by Igor and his team, to carry out renovation work at our commercial office building in Muswell Hill, London. They carried out refurbishment to a high standard and also helped resolve some other issues and carried out general building maintenance.

Throughout the project, the team were professional, accommodating, and responsive, even as additional tasks arose.

Ivan, in particular, deserves special mention for his exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to getting things done properly. The painting and decorating were also completed to a very high standard.

This was not our first building project but it was our largest, involving an extension and comprehensive internal and external renovation in an old house. Igor/Combit were recommended by a good friend and the results exceeded our expectations. For us, the stand-out points were:

Quality: The quality of Combit’s building and construction work is outstanding. This is not just our view but also the view of our architect, and any subsequent friends or contractors who have visited the house, and who have better “in the trade” knowledge than us. It is clear that quality really matters to Igor.

Problem solving: Our project came with a number of challenges, some expected some unexpected. At every turn, Igor and his team always had a range of practical solutions which they discussed with us. All problems and challenges were resolved to our satisfaction

Reliability: Igor was always good to his word on timing and his team were always on site early/late as needed to get the job done. They were all always contactable (and quick to return our calls/messages when not available by phone or in person), and any minor end-of-project “snagging” is sorted-out quickly and without quibble.

Pleasant: Igor and his team were always courteous, helpful, and considerate.

Overall, a realistic, supportive and pleasurable organisation to work with, and with quality assured. 5 stars from here.
