Glyn has been a real star throughout our project. From his initial visit, he guided us through all the steps and listened carefully to what we wanted for our home. He gave excellent advice and arranged all professional services (building control, steel works). The drawings and plans Glyn provided were excellent and enabled us to really envisage what our finished project looked like. I am really happy with Glyn's work and have already highly recommended him. He did a thorough job of designing our kitchen extension and walking us through the entire process staying on-hand in case we had queries. As a result we obtained all of the necessary permissions in exactly the right order. He listened carefully to what we wanted from the build and designed it all in giving us a couple of really good options to choose from. Using his experience of similar builds he was able to make the most of space, light and sight lines. He also gave us useful insights into how we might feel about existing adjacent space and decor so that we could plan to integrate the extension with the existing house more seamlessly. Glynn was amazing, we moved into a new house which had an old pea shape wrap around conservatory. We wanted to replace this with a new extension. We had an idea and Glynn was able to work with this and enhance our view to come up with an amazing contemporary solution. Having not done anything like this before, Glynn handled everything and the planning process was a breeze. Highly recommend
