Absolutely first-class experience from start to finish. Our journey began with a service on our very old oil boiler, which was carried out to a high standard, including all necessary hoses and parts within the fixed service price.

Next, we needed a quote to upgrade our gravity-fed system to a modern, non-vented system and to relocate our hot water tank. Zach’s communication throughout was excellent – he explained all options clearly, without any pressure. We were simply presented with the facts, making decision-making straightforward. The online systems for quotes and payments were seamless, providing a truly 21st-century experience with everything documented clearly and in plain English.

When our boiler developed a split, we needed to move from quote to install quickly. Michelle organised everything smoothly, and they were able to fit us in within days.

The installation itself was a big job, requiring access to multiple rooms and the loft. The team was incredibly respectful of our space – they protected the floors, wore overshoes at all times, and showed outstanding energy, professionalism, and workmanship. Huge thanks to George, Chris, and Tyler for their hard work and attention to detail.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the result. Highly recommended!

Great company to deal with. Always very polite and quick to respond. We had a new oil boiler fitted. The engineers (Brandon, Harley and 2 others) that came out worked fast and efficiently.
Also Zach was also helpful and understood our needs. Helped to guide us in the right direction.

Excellent work from Brandon and Chris (engineers). Everything is just as I asked and positioned as requested etc. Also both very polite and attentive to my questions about the new control system etc. 5 stars to them both.

I’ll be honest and say the communication from the company (regarding the slight delay in all radiators arriving) needs to be worked on. As there was no communication, just a generic invoice request to pay for the job done to date… This was not the fault of Brandon and Chris……, but they made good with excellent work. I would certainly recommend Premier Heating Solutions, for new boiler and radiator replacement.

An all round great company to choose for your heating needs. After recently buying new house we wanted to update to a combi boiler and new radiators. The initial enquiry was responded to promptly and the lady on customer service was friendly and polite. We had a quote provided by Zack, he came to view the property and advised on suitable solutions which we found very helpful! We were happy with the price quoted and it was under what our surveyor has estimated which was a bonus! George and the second engineer (sorry I didn't catch their name) were prompt and gave regular updates as we could not be at the property while the work was being done. The work was delayed due to finding a gas leak which had to be resolved by the gas supplier. Premier still finished the job in 3 days. We did have an issue with our new plinth heater tripping the electrics and Premier sent an electrician to check the install. The heater is installed correctly the fault was caused by how the house consumer unit was wired!
If your unsure who to choose you won't make a bad decision by picking Premier!

Flawless experience from the first phone call to completion of work. They managed to get a plumber to us within a few days of the call (non-emergency). The issues were explained and three different options and quotes were given with no pressure to take one over the over. Chris arrived on time and carried out the work to the highest standard and was a pleasure to deal with. I will be using Premier for all work in future. Highly recommended!

I called Premier Heating on Saturday morning and they were with me within 30 min. After recognising that my existing boiler was likely to fail again due its age and condition, I decided that a new boiler was a better option, the boiler arrived on Tuesday morning as planned and Luke arrived on time as promised on Saturday. The new boiler was fitted and working before the end of the day. Luke and Oli were extremely professional and thorough in ensuring that everything was working and that they had cleaned up after themselves. The experience was extremely positive and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Great job !

Needed to replace our boiler due to building an extension. I got in touch with premier heating to see if they could give me a quote. Zack came round to look at what work needed doing and advised on different options, talked me through the quote. The price quoted was very competitive and was able to start the installation the following week.
We had two engineers (Harley and Tyler) who were very prompt, polite and respectful. They talked through the work and was extremely tidy throughout every stage of the install.
We had the old system removed, tanks and pipework and the combi moved upstairs, all work was completed in 2 days and all rubbish taken away at the end of job.
Premier Heating have been great to deal with from start to finish and would encourage anyone who needs a new boiler or boiler service to give them a call.

3 engineers visited my Dad's house to fit and commission a new boiler. Harley, Chris & Tyler were very professional and went over time to ensure they were left with hot water. They explained the new boiler system clearly and made sure Dad was happy. Would definitely recommend.
