Beautiful Business Park has an awesome Lake with Swans & Geese & a few Duck would recommend a Visit on a BeautifulSunny day there’s also Free deckchairs for the General Public to use

A big focus on the "lake" in the centre, although it's just a big pond with a couple of fountains and lots of Canada geese.
At time of writing this, there are lots of office buildings empty which can feel somewhat "eerie".
Marking it down because the walk around the lake is the ONLY safe walk possible; the remainder of the whole estate is geared up for fast-moving motor vehicle traffic, and the absence of or sudden disappearance of a footway is not pleasant for ordinary humans moving on foot. I'd bet that there are some people who will love this place: they have no intention of walking around and the "artificiality" will not concern them.

Good place to learn how to ride on motorbike after 6pm. Road was shout nothing driving there.

It's nice as there are 2 pounds that you can walk or run around with tables to eat. It's perfect for the lunch break. There is also a nice gym for the staff of the business park with courses at lunch time, perfect for people who are working around.

Plenty of car parking spaces.

When you exit after 5.30pm they have poles in the road to stop vans coming in. It looks the road is blocked, but you can still get out with a car.

It's near a railway line and you can hear the trains go past often.

It's a nice location for offices. Walking around the lake is nice, especially in summer.
