I’ve just sold my house with Davis Tate, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was so smooth and completely stress-free. The whole team was friendly, professional, and so easy to talk to.

But I have to give a special mention to Jack – he’s been absolutely amazing. Always supportive, always cheerful, and just a real joy to deal with. My dogs adored him too – 🐾they were always excited when he arrived to show people around! He was so good with them and always took the time to have a chat.

We opted for Davis & Tate as our estate agent for the sale of our property, the team at the Pangbourne branch that supported us were excellent (Richard, Jack and especially Paul). We don’t buy and sell houses everyday and Paul was supportive and patient with our queries. I suspect the chain might have collapsed if it wasn’t for Paul’s efforts to provide guidance and feedback and a clear line of communication as we had a tricky chain to contend with (slow to respond at the bottom, rude in their response at the top). We’re happily settled in after a long 6 months, on to decorating.
