We used Quality Direct to update our existing conservatory with new doors, windows brickwork, and more importantly, a new roof. They have been excellent throughout the process.
Glenn worked with us to get the design exactly right, offering advice when needed but also accommodating our design choices, and he went the extra mile to deliver our product choices.
The build went very smoothly. Attention to detail, fit and finish provided by builders Kevin and Mitch, was second to none. They also offered advice and suggestions during the building work and again accommodated design tweaks as we requested. It may be a minor point, but the site was always left tidy at the end of each working day, reflecting the meticulous way the work was carried out.
We are very happy with the finished product which has turned an old fashioned conservatory, too hot in summer & too cold in winter, into a stylish, useable all year round living space with some great, modern features.
We would recommend Quality Direct, Kevin, Mitch and Glenn without hesitation.

An excellent service from start to finish. Always a fan of a family run business Quality Direct did not disappoint. From the outset, Glenn visited and explained the product and the processes. Gave a price with no pressure and then left us to decide in our own time. No hard selling calls offering discounts to seal the deal which, we have experienced before. Kevin was very accommodating in moving the start date due to a large family party planned for the first weekend. Kevin and Mitch were a delight and it was lovely to have them around for the couple of weeks it took them to replace our old conservatory with our new ‘garden room’. The quality of their work was exemplary and when we were faced with a dilemma with how to sort the boxing between the kitchen and garden room, Kevin provided options explaining everything in detail. The result was brilliant. We are delighted and it was money very well spent. Now with temperature differential being so much less due to the proper roof means the room is in use all the time and not shut off as it tended to be previously. We cannot understate the benefits we already are experiencing ( consistent temperature, no mass insect, flies and spiders to remove daily from the nooks and crannies in the old roof and of course the lovely, clean and well built addition to our home. I can highly recommended Quality Direct for conservatory roof replacements. I had a SupaLite tiled roof fitted having looked carefully at several options. Glenn was professional and offered a fair price. Kevin fitted the roof - it did take around 10 days as he works on his own - but the quality of work is superb and caused minimal disturbance. I had good information about the building regs certification (not yet received but I am assured is going through). Also received easy to follow information about registering with the Consumer Protection Association to protect my deposit and activate my insurance backed guarantee on completion. There are so many companies out there offering similar services but what you get with Quality Direct is an honest family run business that provides high quality work.

We recently purchased a new house with a polycarbonate roof conservatory, which aside from being in bad condition and an isore, was very cold in winter and uncomfortably hot on warmer sunny days. I got a few quotes for various conservatory roof conversion products but Glenn's quote for the Supalite system was very competitive and as a Civil Engineer I liked the robust aluminum framing and generous insulation so we went ahead with the works.

The installer Kevin was obviously very experienced and was able to overcome some tricky details with the existing box gutter. He had excellent attention to detail and I could not be happier with the finished product.

The conservatory is now a proper living space and our favourite room in the house.

I would definitely recommend both the Supalite system and Quality Direct.

Quality Direct was recommended to me from a neighbour around 11 years ago for my Windows. All new windows through out and new front door, 5*.
Early last year I called them back for a new conservatory and another great job.
Late last year Quality Direct started on my 1 storey extension which came in on time and on budget.

Overall QD was here on time every morning, tidy workmanship and the work has always been top notch.

Would I recommend them, yes and always call on them if any further work is required.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the entire team at Quality Direct. The extension they have constructed for us is nothing short of outstanding.

The only thing better than the extension itself was the customer service from start to finish and the effort that the quality Direct team have put into this project.

There where problems along the way as there will be with a project like this. None of them where the fault of Quality Direct but where things out of there control. However the professional and efficient way that Quality Direct manage to deal with them was nothing short of astonishing. These where things like, Planning permission, The property being shared ownership, Building regulations changing the plans last min and a nation wide lockdown, These could have been big headaches for us. Turns out we did not have to concern ourselves with any of it. Quality Direct dealt with all of them, Glenn made it look easy, although I am certain it was not. A big thank-you to Glenn.

I would also like to mention the outstanding service provided by the fitters Kevin and Colin. The Service was truly exceptional in every way and I would definitely give a mention to Kevins's attention to detail, he even proactively pointed out issues and then proceeded to fix them, issues I did not even notice and I am certain unscrupulous fitters would have just left. I have gone over every inch of this extension and I cant find fault anywhere. They also took special care of the surrounding area and accommodated the neighbours making sure the impact to them was minimal, and when it did impact them (For logistical reasons out of there control) Kevin and Colin where polite courteous and made sure they where informed and that the impact was minimal. They even cleaned up the neighbours driveway that was left dusty after the building work. The neighbours where left with nothing to complain about.

If you are looking to extend your property, you certainly cant go wrong with this company.
