WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! Leigh and the whole LJF team were nothing short of exceptional throughout the build - providing guidance and support at every decision point and working with us on how we envisaged the end product. It was a complicated project which when faced with challenges/curve balls, Leigh and the team took a pragmatic approach ensuring we got the best possible outcome. Hopefully the pictures speak for themselves, but I wouldn't hesitate using LJF for future projects or recommending them to...well, just about anybody! Thanks again for all the support!

LJF have just completed our new extension, just in time for Christmas. We always knew it would be an awkward build in a conservation area, as all the materials needed to match, but Leigh ensured everything was covered. From day one of the build we were impressed with the work ethic, politeness, cleanliness, and the way the team communicated with us. Kirk kept the job going making sure we had the right people on site for the right job every day (Kirk was brilliant to deal with all the time!). We thought we knew exactly what we wanted, but the team came up with a couple of recommendations along the way which improved the overall finish - and at the same time, they were fine dealing with changes that we suggested at short notice.

We knew we wanted Leigh to project manage our extension from the moment we met him. He was friendly, honest & reliable from the word go & we had absolute confidence in him & his team. Into the project we couldn't have asked for better, the communication was excellent, his consideration for our family home was placed above anything else & the workmanship of his team left us amazed with the speed & quality of the work being done. Neighbours commented on how impressed they were at the work ethic of the team on multiple occasions. They arrived at 7.30 & worked solid until a full clean up operation EVERY DAY before leaving that evening. Leigh obviously runs a tight ship, he would message each evening to check in we were happy with everything & to inform us at every step what was next & who to expect from the team. He also messaged at the end of each week with plans for the following week. There was not a day where the work fell quiet, Leigh's efficiency has been admirable throughout.
We have now completed the renovation & it is better than we could have imagined, it looks amazing thanks to the advice, guidance, vision, expertise & sheer hard work of LJF.
I can't recommend them enough. The things that raise concern starting a project like this, you hear all the time, "you'll be living in a building site, the price always goes up, builders disappear for days, communication is terrible" well that could not have been further from the truth with LJF, they have gone above & beyond at every step to make sure the job was excellent & we were happy.

We knew we wanted a complete upgrade of our kitchen but no real ideas of what we wanted Leigh and his team have been pivotal in the design and installation of our new dream kitchen . Every aspect of the design and construction is of the highest quality and spec. Structural work was needed but the team limited the disruption as much as possible and as a result we finally have our dream kitchen . Fantastic team and great workmanship . Thank you !

LJF recently completed my kitchen extension. As a busy working professional, I was anxious about being able to manage a project which was so complicated, whilst also living in the property. Leigh took control of the whole project - living out my design ideas perfectly and without compromise.

Leigh goes the extra mile to ensure his work meets your expectations. He’s extremely dedicated and his customers come first, regardless. The build I had was not straightforward and Leigh ensured my family could live in the house, as comfortably as possible. All work was coordinated in a timely and responsive fashion and the end result is more than I imagined.

Leigh communicates throughout the build - providing daily updates so you’re fully informed about the progress. Most of all, I’ve appreciated the personal approach to the work. He’s on site, daily to check work is being done to his high standards. I would definitely recommend.

We first met Leigh last year when he came to quote for our work. Fast forward to January this year and work finally started after a very wet 2023. All the guys on the LJF team were polite and courteous and here when they were meant to be . Leigh kept us informed every step of the way. The lanterns snd bifold doors we have let so much light in . We now have an amazing summer room and bright office/hobby space which has replaced an outdated conservatory and a leaky flat roofed extension . Leigh said we’d be enjoying it by summer and we most certainly are. We even had the paving done which has finished it off perfectly . Would highly recommend LJF Developments
