Danny and his team did an amazing job with our kitchen install and french windows to the garden. He fully coordinated all trades: brickwork, plastering, plumbing, electrical, joinery he even found a floor specialist when we discovered the original stone floor. The team went the extra mile when creating the walk in larder cupboard - which is now an amazing space. All the hiccups a Victorian house could throw at the team were dealt with in a professional and efficient way. I would not hesitate to employ them again.

We wanted to make our conservatory usable all year round and Up Close Construction helped us achieve this by:
fitting underfloor insulation and new thicker chipboard floor boards,
removing the old plastic roof and replacing it with a new 'warm roof' with GRP fibreglass coating.
All of the team were friendly and polite, hardworking and very skilled. They kept us informed of their progress and cleared up after themselves as they went along.
Only time will tell how truly effective the transformation has been, but now its starting to get warmer, our conservatory is cooler than it has been in the past, so initial signs are promising.
We are very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Up Close Construction.

Thank you Daniel Travers for coming to my rescue.. 2 weeks to Xmas and I have a leaking roof!!
Up Close Construction we're the only people who would come out to look at the damage. Danny realised it was an emergency and rearranged his workload to fit me in.. I left it in his capable hands and went on the holiday I had booked, he kept me upto date on the progress and I now have a new roof to go home to..
