Had a really bad experience with this company. Ordered dry screed for a job I was doing for a customer. What was provided failed. Done loads of screeding jobs before and not had this problem. Ensured it was compacted as it is supposed be but it became very loose & crumbled. Contacted Goodmix about the problem and was constantly fobbed off. Chris will ring you back - he never did. They asked for photos, I sent them and nothing happened. I ended up having to rip up the screed at my own cost and this left me £1600 out of pocket and set the job back by weeks whilst we were waiting in vain for a response from Goodmix. Will never use them again. Customer service is non-existent.

It's not a good experience overall. I used these instead of a company I normally use, and the experience was not great.

1. They left the road very dirty they did attempt to clean but didn't do a great job.

2. They tried to change the delivery time as they were in the area, but I specifically told them a time so I could be present.

3. One of the drivers seemed like he didn't want to be present.

4. I told them I wanted to pay cash, but they said I couldn't pay cash and took my bank details over the phone but won't take the payment until after i had the concrete. After taking my bank details, they said I could pay cash. The suspicious thing is 1:43am 2nd September someone tried use my bank card details with Greene King Brewing. Now I have no evidence it was someone from Goodmix, but they are the only place which took my bank details.

The only positive was that one of the drivers was pleasant I don't know his name but he was wearing a face mask and seemed like the lead out of the two guys.

Have just been tailgated on the M60 approaching Denton roundabout by one of their vehicles. I was following another truck and keeping a 100yd gap. Wish I had a dash cam & am now considering buying one. Not a good advert by someone driving a company branded vehicle.

Rang the office on a long shot on a Saturday mid morning, these guys didn’t only deliver within 3 hours, but the delivery team worked above and beyond!
Restricted access with steep barrow work! Made our day and thank you

Do not trust this company. In the week before Easter I telephoned them to order concrete and spoke to Sam, he seemed to be very helpful and gave me a good price so I asked for delivery for Tuesday after Easter Sam said the earliest they could deliver would be Thursday 21st April 10am. I said thats fine how would you like payment, Sam said the office would telephone for a card payment when the driver arrived. Sam called later and said they coudn't deliver until 12 noon I said thats fine. On Thursday my lad had booked a day off work to help me and we had prepared everything ready for the delivery which didn't turn up. I telephoned them at 1.45 and spoke to Sam he said they weren't delivering because they telephoned me twice the night before and again that morning on both my landline and mobile but got no answer. My landline logs all calls as does my mobile and I had no missed calls from either their land line or the mobile number he quoted but he insisted they had called several times and said he would send a screen shot of their calls. Needless to say no screen shot was sent to me because those calls were never made. I can't understand such blatent lies.

Never used a Concrete Co before, A bit worried, will I have enough, or will they rip me off. Needn't have worried. A guy called Sam answered my 1st call gave me prices. Booked them to come with a load for my Footings, arrived on time, really nice guys that came and barrowed it in, then even cleaned the road. They have just come back to to fill my hole for the slab. Same guys, really quick and clean. Its a shame I won't be needing them again in the near future.

Excellent service, all happened as arranged the lads delivering could see we were novices and assisted us a little bit.
I called a few different suppliers for prices on phone they were mostly trying to sell up and push for quick sale.
where as sam was straight on point with the best price.
I even get the lads a tip which is unlike me.

Disgusting service! Apparently wheelbarrows can’t go across wet grass gardens!! Absolutely pathetic! Left the job and put our entire project in jeopardy as it was time sensitive! Be warned! If it’s raining or you have grass this company will drive off!
