Simon and his team were great from start to finish. Simon project managed the whole renovation and pulled together the electricians, plumbers, roofers, decorators, tilers etc which was a great help and meant we could have regular meetings and make decisions easily and knowledgeably. They also worked alongside our interior designer, integrating her designs perfectly. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kingston Building Contractors

I purchased a very old cottage in Nov 2023 which needed structural repairs, damp proofing and a total renovation throughout the downstairs. I chose Kingston Building Contractors because of their great reputation, and i was very pleased i did. The work they did was completed beautifully, on time and on budget. What i really appreciated was how respectful and pleasant all the workmen were to both myself and my neighbours. The office staff were also really helpful with any invoicing queries and sending out very clear and detailed quotes. I will be embarking on phase 2 of my project at the end of the year and i will 100% be appointing KBC again. I would definitely recommend them.

We engaged Kingstons for a messy building project that involved at least a dozen parts and we knew would take 18 months to two years, renovating a neglected farmhouse. We were hoping they would be able to solve a wide variety of problems, many of which we knew lay hidden. We also needed a lot of joining up of building / plumbing / electrical work with renovations by other contractors to water & sewage and other works.

I cannot speak too highly of the service. Quick analysis of problems, clear suggestions of the options and relative costs put in an understandable way, several examples of lateral thinking, and happy to say 'don't bother with that because you will spend a bomb and not improve it much.

Not the cheapest but in my experience of doing a number of complicated building projects over the years, highly reliable, and transparent in their dealings. Top of our list if we ever attack the outbuildings!

We have a Grade II* listed property and with that comes lots of issues requiring special knowledge. Simon is very willing to attend and provide expert advise but with practical solutions a rare find these days!. His team have worked on several major repair jobs large and small on our property and generally hard to fault.
