Love my house in Taw Wharf but once you’ve purchased forget it if you think you’ll get any customer support. I submitted snags within the warranty period and they are now claiming it’s outside of the warranty. 0 chase ups about snagging and then take at least 2 weeks to respond to an email (even if you chase them up…) just terrible, non existent customer service. Sell and forget should be their strap line.
