Started my kitchen renovation but then basically abandoned it, leaving us with no kitchen and no central heating over Christmas.

Kept on saying he would come back but after 3 months I gave up asking and am now having to find someone else to finish the job. The other contractors are annoyed with me because of the delays.

If he had just said he couldn't continue 3 months ago, it would have saved me so much hassle and the job would probably be done by now.
