Lee helped us with a complicated project on our 5 storey house to convert the loft and provide advice on structural matters in the basement, including calculations and designs. He always provided knowledgeable expert advice, and worked collaboratively with the architect and lawyers to find the best solutions. Above all, he was professional, prompt and pleasant to work with, which made everything less stressful knowing we were in good hands.

Lee was great, organised a site visit quickly and then had the calculations within a couple of weeks. Had a couple of amendments which required recalculation and lee did these free of charge without any issues.

Lee provided us with excellent structural advice and peace of mind.

I would have given him five stars without hesitation, but was disappointed by some poor communication and admin before and afterwards.

Lee is evidently a very busy man, which I can understand, but his fee structure and service expectations were unclear, plus follow-up haphazard.

Regardless, if you can cope with that, he's a very good structural engineer in the Torbay area.

Lee has done an excellent job on advising us structurally what we can do in our flat in a conservation area. I was so impressed how super quick he was. As our property is a holiday property we were only in Torquay overnight and he came out within 12 hours so we did not have to make a trip back. He also communicated with my builder so we could complete the work and provided structural calculations for planning department.
I was impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Lee
