The High Definition stands at the hub of the Media City UK which is embraced by the buildings of BBC, ITV, the University of Salford and Holiday Inn.

The High Definition is a newly - built complex by two years old and is well-defined by two blocks : the "Aria" is on the right whereas the other namely "Alto" is on the right where is just a road distance next to the Co-op building.

The words "HighDefinition" means "premium quality".

Yes, The High Definition provides an impeccable quality of dwelling to tenants who are seeking
for the well- managed property in terms of transquil surroundings, transport accessibilty, 24/7 concierge service, community safety and living facilities nearby.

Simply not only the good service, the building blocks have a simply, smart and stylistic outlook by arhectural design. The two blocks look aslike twin brothers standing side by side.

The 24/7 concierge provids a peace of mind to tenants when living in. Strangers or outsider can't trespassed by going upstairs to each flat as the surveillance is so tight by the concierge staff members at the entrance Every tenant must tap in by their security bobs given.

A prestigious communal room is on the ground floor that you can immerse yourself inside by the warm yellow light relaxingly reading books, studying, surfing free internet online and have friends here to pay table tennis or billiards. Feeling tired of chating with friends, people can refresh themselves to enjoy a self service cuppa but at an affordable price £2 each.

The lobby is well managed by a hardworking lady janitor keeping the lobby neat and clean.

Latimer owns a team of professional staff members and not only the marketing executives like Jose and Mark, the custmer service officer Angela but as well as together with a very capable concieger staff members like Magda and Jack.

The concieger officers are very helpful and willingly to offer their help when you are picking up heavy parcels by arranging the trolleys to tenants.

It is remarkablely drawing to the tenants' attention is the crime rate of Media City. It is catergorised as the "Green Zone" at the lower crime rate!

Transports are at a finger tip. By a 5-walk from High Definition, you can get on the "Blue Line" to the City central or Eccles at about half an hour or numbers of bus routes at the nearby bus stop next to Altchemical Restaurant to the Salford Shopping Centre and White City Retail Park whereas you can do shopping or conveniently buy your food materials for your cooking meals.

The Lowery and Quayside are good places to enjoy movies and shopping.

As a praise of mouth to High Definition, the dwelling enviroments is well to be commented by that of its prioritized security and comfortness when you are going home very late of the night.

I moved in, in July 2023. They gave me a full tour and there was also a booklet that explains everything in detail. It's the best place I've ever lived. It has everything I could need, washer dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and more, everything is electric so there's no gas bill. Internet is already installed so you just need to choose which company to connect to.

The place is very secure requiring fobs to enter the building, it's all very modern and well designed.

The concierge team are very friendly and happy to help day and night. The cleaning lady does a great job. I love being welcomed home by a different fragrance in the hallway.

Public transport is less than 5mins away. The scenery is great, the streets are cleaned on a regular basis and there's security patroling the area.

Only downside is that there's no parking, there's 16 parking spaces here that you have to pay with your apartment. I have a bike so it doesn't effect me but I thought I should mention it as it could be a deal-breaker for other people

Since moving into High Definition a couple of months ago, we've been thoroughly impressed by the exceptional staff. From assisting with our move to being readily available to answer any questions, they have made our living experience a brilliant one.

A special mention goes to Magda, who consistently goes above and beyond in her efforts to help. She even managed to retrieve my keys after they fell down the lift shaft. 🙈

The FOH Magda and Jack are amazing and super helpful whenever I need anything. Night FOH need improvement as we’ve only had agency staff recently which impacts service charges and when our actual FOH is here, they aren’t at the front desk. Other than that and a couple of service charge issues, I’ve no complaints! Super nice building to live in with really nice sociable people. Again, Paulina, Donna and day FOH team are amazing and super friendly. They even put on events for us residents here every now and then.

I feel one star is generous but Donna, Magda and Liam deserves better than this.
Urban Bubble, the company that manages the property is clearly incapable of maintaining to it’s standards, the services we paid such as window cleaning is a miss, and they have increased the service charges without even giving notice or asking us, now we pay 375£ a month for, hmmm, a coffee machine that we don’t want, an mobile app we don’t use, refuse collection which should be done by our Council cause we pay that as well, and all in all I’m not looking forward for the next increase next year, to put simply don’t buy a flat here, oh yes, you might one of the unlucky ones that will stay with a vibrating fridge in warranty for 6 months, cracked walls, and many other defects that Clarion or Latimer care less. Just stay away!

Just a review to say that the concierge team at the building do a fantastic job, However a special mention to Magdalena who always has a smile for you and is amazing at doing her job here.I would say the building is not quite the same when she is not working she brings that special something to the building.

The only reason this review has 1 star is because of Donna, Liam and Magda which make my stay here more pleasant, the flats themselves are full of defects,it will be close to impossible to fix them on time, I’ve heard some stories people have water leaking in their flats, the landlords don’t do background checks and you might end up having a neighbour which is an ex criminal. The company that manages the property Urban Bubble is on a mission to see if they can charge me more in Service Charges than I pay mortgage, all in all just don’t buy here which is a shame cause Media City is beautiful and well thought of.

Amazing property and staff at High Definition. Magda, Paulina, Kerry, Liam, Diane, Joe and Donne have all made my move to Manchester that much better. Highly recommend.
