Fabulous apartments with amazing facilities in a perfect location. Natalie & Alex were so supportive from the moment we had our first viewing to the moment we moved in! We could always approach them with any questions and requests and they would always be prompt and accommodating. The concierge staff are so kind and helpful.

Upon entering the building, I was met with an unacceptably rude and unprofessional demeanor from the concierge on duty. Her manner of speaking was curt, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate for someone in a position that requires customer service skills and professionalism. This is not how anyone should be treated when entering the building, whether they are a resident, guest, or visitor.

Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also on the reputation of Novella as a whole. I expect a certain standard of service and courtesy in any professional setting, and the experience I had fell far short of that expectation.

I do hope Novella apartment can look in to this.

Concierge staff, customer service team and sales team are great. When I’ve had issues with the flat the building manager has resolved them within hours of me raising. The gym, lounge area and roof garden are very modern and high spec.

I purchased a property here and I’m honestly so impressed. The complex is finished to a high standard, it’s a brand new development with a lovely fully equipped gym, residents lounge and wellness studio. Located close to the central business district of Spinningfields (2-3 minute walk) making it the perfect long term investment. The sales team are amazing, Natalie, Alex and Georgia have been so professional and friendly throughout. On-site concierge are available 24 hours and are very helpful, overall a high quality and friendly development with great staff and nice residents. Other amenities include, Wi-Fi available in the lounge, accessible tea points, cleaners on site etc. Couldn’t be happier with my investment and would highly recommend.

Avoid this development like the plague.
Extremely loud construction just started feet away which will continue for the next few years and block views creating capital depreciation.
It is creating severe dust and noise pollution from inconsiderate constructors working out of hours
