Beautiful location, don't be in a rush to pick a spot for food as there are hidden gems all over. Parking is accessible and fairly priced I think 2.30 for one to two hours. Boat trips were advertised.

The Quay is Clean, with well laid out walkways, fresh air and ample eating places abound.
Good place to chill morning ,afternoon and evening. It's one of my favourite places to relax in Manchester. Highly recommended. You can drive round and enjoy the scenery, or walk, cycle or shop. The BBC and ITV have their presence and the well thought our sitting areas around the water are complimentary to the great experience to behold.
I love it and I am sure you will too.

It’s a quayside shopping complex as the name suggests. Connectivity is good to reach here with trams, buses and taxis. It’s well maintained in terms of hygiene. Have clothes shopping options and lots of gifting shops. Eateries are many. With variety. Nice strolling area beyond the waterfront.

Stylish looking modern building with a very good gallery of Lowry and some other contemporary pictures, accessed by escalator, but that was the only one I found. One theatre did have a lift but heaven help you if you had walking difficulties and wanted to visit the Lowry theatre. It was a long way from the main reception much of it up a slope. To access the seating and toilets there, as far as I could discover, you had to tackle stairs. Not good given the average age of the theatre goes for our matinee.
The staff though were unfailingly pleasant and helpful - 5* for them!
