Lived in a Stonebridge house for nearly 4 years and had nothing but issues. Leaks, roof issues, drainage (sewage) floods, you name it we've probably had it go wrong, and still have issues! Poor quality (cheap) materials used and clearly rushed to be built. Its never their fault apparently and they will argue to the hill to not fix it and blame either yourself or the weather etc. I would never buy from them again, or any new build for that matter!

We have been in our Stonebridge Homes for coming up to 1 year, and to date we still have issues with our home.

Initially, my wife and I were impressed by the quality of what Stonebridge offered, and the Dan who was our Sale Advisor was fantastic.

Unfortunately things started to to fall apart about a month before completion. We were made multiple promises on the date of completion, which event when queried about 2 weeks prior to completion and it seems it would not be ready, we were reassured that thing would be completed in time...it didn't happen when intended and were given different reasons for the delay. What became apparent was that the reasons they gave were in fact lies and used as an excuse to buy more time.

Following completion, we expected a number of snags with it being a new build, and the impression you are given is that there initial snags will be resolved within 12 weeks, our initial issues were only completed 3 weeks ago. Despite numerous complaints, our 6th itinerary of jobs (which we have had to compile, manage and chase significantly), we still have problems. The current site manager decided to visit last week as I was heading out to work (had no idea he was attending), and we get sob story about being spread over three sites, and genuinely seems disinterested.

The only way we have been able to get things done has been to complain to the owner. we do this and some things happen, then it goes quiet again, so w have to complain again. Now, it won't be until the beginning of next year until someone looks at what needs to be done. And compared to our neighbours, we have got off lightly. One neighbour had to move out whilst their kitchen was ripped out, floors relaid and kitchen re installed. they still don't even have a back garden (they moved in 1 week after us - last December)

We absolutely regret getting a new build home, and absolutely regret buying from Stonebridge who continually over promise and under deliver. So disappointed and hurt by this company - would avoid at all costs.

Stonebridge Homes Customer Care do not respond to emails, so not chase your issues up unless you complain and tell you conflicting stories and/or blame contractors. I will follow up with a full review in due course. There were other factually correct reviews ranging between 1/2 stars but these have also been removed. One has to wonder what lengths a business goes through to remove reviews yet can’t answer simple email. Another appears to be uploading wonderful pictures and updating social media yet not answering email and phone calls. This kind of depicts what attitude is given to “customer care”. Once bought you are simply a number in their annual accounts and nothing more.
