Had an exceptional experience with Pentaco regarding a property in Norwich. They went above and beyond in investigating the causes of a flooring issue which occurred after the initial construction and ultimately doing a great job in replacing flooring to a high standard. Extremely attentive Customer Care Team displayed an excellent attitude throughout the period of resolution with Gavin Gould and the two Paul's always positive and helpful in both determining the solution and carrying it out successfully. Strongly recommend based on this experience.

Had an exceptional experience with Pentaco Construction doing a great job in investigating a problem with flooring and ultimately replacing the complete floor. The Customer Care Team, led by Gavin Could, displayed an excellent attitude throughout and the on site work by the two Paul's provided a quality resolution.

Now 2 months a go I worked for Pentaco in Biggleswade and my manager was ok at the beginning till he made me feel unsafe cuz he was keep telling me that his old van has feelings and that his van his alive!!! After 1 week working there he said to me if I wanted him to take me to work and back home and I said yes cuz I wasn’t so great with the money. And then while is driving he start talking to his Ford Van saying ‘’ it’s going to be ok Borris’’ and he start to tap on the van saying ‘’ I love you Borris’’🫣 I just got really scared and I was thinking what kind of construction company will hire someone with huge mental health problems as a site manager!!!
Weeks past and I felt I had to go cuz I never experience such things in my life, so with two days before he told me he doesn’t need a labour no more cuz we were not so busy anymore I applied for a job and 2 days later I left.
Plus he was always angry why no one excepts his Van Borris as a living thing and he was using bad words against those people.
Mental Health Pentaco it’s a serious thing!!!

The Manager of the site was arrogant, and they do not have any consideration for the people that already live in the area that they are working in they certainly dismiss the concerns of the residents.

Employees park in private parking spaces and drive across the lawn; there will not be a problem if someone asks for it

On top of it, their rubbish car leaves oil stains on the road; who will clean it up?
