Excellent timber merchants, have used for my last 5/6 jobs raging from post and rail fencing to sleepers and landscaping and never an issue with the quality or service. Always happy to help and suggest ideas if you need advice and always very competitive on price.

Terrible experience. Order cancelled with no reason given, funds refunded but payment not cancelled so £600 out of pocket for 7-10 working days, phoned numberous times with a promise of a call back that never came. When I finally got through to someone just told sorry a refund has been processed and expected to wait. Would have left 0 stars but got to leave at least one

These guys are fantastic! They always have stock of product I need at better prices than others locally, even given current market fluctuations.

I've never received a bent, damaged or twisted piece of timber from them yet, not like B&Q, Jewson's, Ridgeon's or Wickes who always have delivered what appears to be the worst pieces they have in stock to me!

Also, its great knowing the delivery driver will leave the delivery out of sight of the road if we're not home.

Placed order online only to have it cancelled. These are not a nationwide delivery company even though their website will let you place the order. No call to inform me either.
