Ordered Decking kit which arrived promptly and was completed easily in less than half a day with easy to follow videos on the website. Excellent quality and would definitely recommend.

The overall level of satisfaction was 3*, Product 4* only issue was split wood, which I think should have been rejected before sending out, for the cost which was not the cheapest I did not expect "well thats wood" when the majority of the planks were perfect. Very poor comms and updates regarding the order and delivery throughout, literally silence until it was dropped on the doorstep, and no instructions, yes, it was a simple build.

Delivered on time with all parts necessary. Easy to order, assembled was good, no written instructions but there is a video on the website. Looks very good, plenty of room. Have added couple of pieces ourselves

a very good, heavy duty pergola. Delivered earlier than stated by a very cheerful driver. My only other comment would be that a link to a video to help put it up would be useful

I would recommend anyone to NLC Timber Products. The ordering procedure was simple, communication great and the delivery spot on. Now my Pergola has been erected I can say that I am extremely pleased with the quality and it was easily put together and erected by my son and a friend with no problems whatsoever.

Excellent company, recommend.
Had a complicated plot and wanted to self-build a gazebo. Company couldn't have been more helpful in exploring what was possible. Once ordered I made a mistake on the order which the office staff picked up on straightaway. They contacted me, sorted things out and the gazebo duly arrived. Lovely driver transferred pieces to the garage without being asked.
This is a company with an excellent product, brilliant customer support and accurate delivery times. All round excellent, be confident in your purchase.

Amazing product! Good quality. Came fast. Easy to put together only thing I would say it would be nice to have instructions with how to do it. But they have a video on their website just not as easy to understand. But overall really please 🙂

I ordered 20 x 16 ft lengths of 3x2 and 270 metres of redwood cladding. All was good, with the exception of 3 or 4 of the cladding, which had damage to them. I ordered more than I needed, so this was covered by my extra. I was pleased with the final result of the shed that I built from the timber, as shown in the pictures.
