Absolutely great service from start to finish. Our black industrial doors look incredible. Not only did we receive excellent supply and installation of the doors, Billy helped us work out exactly what we required and we are so happy at the final product. Both fitters (Billy and Luke) were super professional, tidy and attentive. Would 100% recommend.

We are extremely happy with our bespoke double steel doors from Billy. Everyone that visits compliments them! The service was great all the way through and we received our doors two weeks before the estimated lead in time. The only reason for dropping a star was that the doors paintwork was damaged slightly in delivery despite a lot of wrapping. He sent a matching paint and it was easy to touch them up.

Well what can I say ,apart from the quality is amazing !These are the sorts of architectural doors that you see in posh pads in London (they are ) fantastic clean installation as per usual from Billy ! He's also open to suggestions about the design if the client has her own ideas ,all in all just brilliant workmanship ,Chapeau the architectural atelier !!

My experience with William was pretty good. The door was the exact size and fitted perfectly and came with two cans of spray paint to touch up, if required. He'd forgotten to enclose the magnet to keep it closed but Sent them separately after it had been brought to his attention. He also made every effort to match the colour of the existing window in the same room.
On the whole I am pleased with the service Billy provided and we are very happy with our new door. It could have been wrapped better, but that's the only criticism I would make.
If ever we need another door we would be happy to ask Billy to provide it.

Billy was so responsive until the order was confirmed. The quality of the work was good. However lot of negatives.
I had to go for these doors as the measurements are non standard. The doors were messed up with wrong sizes all around. The doors were not packed properly hence the doors had damage to the paint work all over. He promised to send the entire tools and screws needed to assemble the door and paint to do the touch ups but never sent it nor responded to my calls.

Not a great experience to be honest as I had to call a carpenter to build a frame to this bespoke door as the door sizes were messed up by Billy.
