Did two new windows. Nice tidy job.Then they replaced glass unit in conservatory. After they left I went to close the blind. It's an old conservatory and glazed from the outside. But discovered no tape across the top, about a foot on one side .From outside you could just push the glass back and forth. My conclusion is they ran out of tape or too idle to go to the van for more. The thing that surprised me is thinking I would not notice. I put the conservatory up 28 years ago so I know how the glass goes in . Not very impressed.

Jokers.
They came round and quoted me £37k for a new conservatory which included a 10% discount at the end of 2024. They have since called me at least four times saying 'you got a quote from us in 2021...' and go on to tell me I can get 50% or 45% off depending on who's calling, I tell them 'great' and they say they'll call back and they never do. On my last call with them I asked that they take my details off their system because why would I choose to do business with people who are clearly so terribly organised. Guess who just called me again? Morons.

{ORIGINAL review}

Very poor workmanship - no stand off brackets used so rainwater just runs off the roof ... guess it is one way to keep the gutters clean !!! The whole perimeter of the house following soffets and fascia's. This was brought to my attention by an independent roofer following a survey for chimnee pointing. In addition, the hole for the downspout was to one side and barely 1cm was actually over the hole.

EYG noticed this review and sent a team round to assess and rectify. Problems were addressed, stand off brackets fitted, gutters lowered slightly to accommodate the rain run off and the result is exactly how it should have been done initially. Many thanks again to Team Andy & Kate, you were exceptional.

Had a new front door fitted the team arrived early morning as arranged. They worked very tidy cleaning as they worked. Have used the company before for windows and conservatory. Would recommend to all for local first class workmanship.
