Baldev and his team are amazing. They have converted my dated home into a modernised bliss. He listened to my ideas, gave his own ideas, and practically demolished and rebuilt the entire ground floor, removing walls, hiding beams, fitting a new kitchen, converting a garage and so much more. His team are friendly, quick and hard working, and made the impossible possible. Even after the works had finished, and my wardrobe didn't fit, Baldev came to make the obstruction was removed. I would recommend to everyone, happy for potential clients to contact me and look at his work. Thank you Baldev and team.

Good guys, they have a big team. We had our kitchen done from them and done a top job. Took longer than usual but that was due to some unexpected work. Will post pictures shortly...Definitely recommended!!!

After having got two projects done with Royal Constructions in a short span of time (garage conversion and getting a walk-in shower in the utility toilet room), I can vouch for the value of money I get with them.

Baldev Singh is not after money like many other builders and they make sure the work is done to customer's satisfaction.

They are the only builders I know who will take full responsibility of their work because they are not like others who would either do shabby work and run away or those who would charge you a fortune for quality work.

Also, they have got a huge experience in a variety of jobs including building, plumbing, electricals, painting etc.

I will recommend them anytime and to anyone.

Absolutely Everything he touched he spoilt!! No timekeeping, over orders stock as we had a labour only contract and are now left with piles of stock left over, Rubbish job - roof is already peeling - and it's not even been a year - avoid like he has the plague! if you have money to throw - use Royal Constructions and then call in another builder and pay again to have the job fixed because he does a RUBBISH job!
