I'm so delighted with my loft conversion finished today. There's loads of space in the eaves for storage, Ray and Jordan work so hard and get through so much in a short space of time.

They know exactly what they're doing so that everything goes like clockwork to a very good finish. Ray's communication is excellent, there wasn’t anything too much trouble. My staircase was quite a challenge within the space available. But Ray told me he would get it in, and he did!! Looks amazing!!🤩

One of the best things was that once a price was agreed, it didn’t change unless I changed or added something. So I had comfort knowing what I was paying.

I would definitely recommend.

I'm so delighted with the loft conversion!! It's been two months now and so I can say there are no snags:) There's loads of space in the eaves still for storage, so it's been all gains and no losses. I don't find it noisy at all having someone staying up there (it's a guest room/office/extra lounge), and the temperature was comfortable during the hot summer months. Ray and his son, Paul, are incredibly efficient so that they're in at 9.30am and out by 2.30pm most days - it was fun to see the rapid progress in ten working days! They know exactly what they're doing so that everything is done safely and professionally, with a very good finish. I was also really glad of Ray's great communication - he answered emails quickly and thoroughly, which gave me great faith before the job even began. I hesitated for six months before deciding to go for it, and now every day I think to myself it's the best home improvement decision I've made!

We are so happy with our recent loft conversion. Ray and Jordan are amazing - they work hard and get the job done super quick (our conversation took only 11 days in total). The quality of their work is high, they are very clean and tidy and a joy to work with.

Ray and Paul have done an amazing job in converting our attic from a small, dark, cramped space into a light, bright useable room for my son.
They are both very professional and the all work carried out is of the highest quality. Ray's years of experience definitely shine through. We were kept informed of the process the whole way through and Ray also gave us lots of advice.
It was a real pleasure having them around the house whilst I was working from home and nothing was a bother to them.
Overall, very pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get a attic conversion.

I first spoke to Ray in 2017 about getting our attic converted. It was going to be a games room for me as we were only in a 2 bedroom house. My wife fell pregnant and our second child was born 2019 with a whole load of medical problems and so required a room to himself. We asked Ray to come back and re design on this idea.
Ray was brilliant and very understanding. Nothing was a problem for him. Ray was always one step ahead of everything. He showed up before the start of the build and dropped of the first load of materials for the job and always had everything pre ordered so when he did start, there was no hold up on waiting on everything. He even started on the building the new hallway first to keep the dust down (albeit there was not much as Ray ALWAYS cleaned up after every day) . There was no disruption to the house as Ray would come after the wife did the school run and Ray was away before the kids got back. I would recommend Ray if you are thinking about getting this done. 5/5

We had been looking to convert our attic for years but had been put off by the thought of the disruption and lack of clarity with potential costs, not sure how many online calculators I filled out last year.
After seeing one of Rays videos on Facebook I sent him a message and he was at the house a couple of days later, in the attic the same minute he arrived, told me what was possible and told me the house will be inhabitable the whole way through despite the access way bent in my bedroom (which I took with a pinch of salt) and that he would get back to me with a written quote later that day.
The very reasonable quote arrived, deposit was paid and that was it till the day came. The guys duly turned, I handed over the keys and that was basically it. Arrived after we had left for work every morning and left before we came home. Carpets lined with protectors. Same two guys on the job the whole time. Clear progress made every day. House remained tidy and all waste neatly bagged.
Ray only too happy to talk through and show what was being done that day if I nipped home from work.
The job was completed in the timeframe estimated and now we have a brilliantly laid out, brand new living space, I only wish we had done it years ago if we knew how simple the process could be

I contacted Ray for advise and I quickly received a reply with the information that I needed. When I decided to check that my attic was suitable Ray visited and checked the attic and gave me options and he was able to plan out what would be best for my house layout. When Ray & Logan began the work they were fantastic. They told me what they were planning to do and each day we could see the difference and the horrible dingy attic space was transformed into a fab bright room with eaves storage in 11 working days. The attention to detail is amazing, even offering to fit a velux blind made everything so easy for me. Ray and Logan were always very cheerful and made the process so simple and straightforward from start to finish. We love our new space and the the work completed is simply stunning. They also tidied up every night and left my house safe.

Ray and Logan completed our loft conversion in October 2021. We are very happy with the services provided by them both (and Ray's son Jayden who helped out) - they were respectful of our home and polite to the whole family. Each day the progress that had been made was explained to us, as well as what the plan for the following day would be. Despite this we still could not believe they managed to get the conversion done in just 2 weeks! Ray was quick to consult with us if there was a particular decision to made, allowing us to add our own personal touch to the conversion. He also went above and beyond to install a fuse spur for our newly fitted boiler which was very much appreciated. The communication from start to finish was excellent and we would recommend to anyone thinking about a conversion.
